R+F supplies genuine spare parts and service support for plate settler and lamella clarifier systems — including units originally supplied by other manufacturers.
Spare Parts
Keeping the right spares available minimises downtime. The most commonly stocked items are replacement plate packs and individual plate sections, overflow weirs and launders, sludge withdrawal components and feed distribution parts.
All R+F replacement plates are manufactured in stainless steel (SS 304 or 316L) and matched to the original plate geometry — angle, spacing and dimensions — so a repaired unit returns to its original design performance.
For clarifiers originally supplied by other manufacturers, R+F can assess the existing geometry and supply compatible replacement packs and components. This is often combined with a retrofit to increase capacity or upgrade materials to stainless steel.
R+F also offers scheduled maintenance support and technical assistance for cleaning, inspection and performance troubleshooting, helping operators keep clarifiers at design performance over their full service life.
