The Challenge

R+F mobilised a rental plate settler within days to restore solids removal and protect compliance. Polymer dosing was added to handle the incoming solids load.
With treatment stabilised, the operator used the rental period to specify and procure a permanent stainless steel plate settler, converting the emergency response into a planned upgrade.
